Problem solved... in a very mysterious way... After my suspend test with the pre-installed Lenovo Windows (restored with CloneZilla), I went back to my Ubuntu image and very surprising suspend was now working perfectly.
The only explanation I can come up with is that the initial setup steps in the pre-installed Windows uploaded some firmware to my wifi card. Now it looks like all the hardware works out-of-box, what a joy :) (Lenovo Thinkpad X121e) ** Changed in: linux (Ubuntu) Status: Confirmed => Fix Released ** Changed in: linux (Ubuntu) Assignee: (unassigned) => Mads Brouer (mads-x) -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/812866 Title: Wlan hardware blocked after suspend lenovo X121e To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/812866/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
