and waiting, and waiting.... and have just now hung up.  Sorry guys, I
don't have that much patience...

But don't give up !  Keep calling them with that Case #110208-006462 at
(800) 457-7777.  Tell them about this forum.  This problem is not going
away.  When Microsoft stops supporting XP more people will switch their
Toshibas to Linux and get the same BIOS damage.  This is something they
need to solve.
