I get the same message now and then, although on a Xen domU Debian installation (kernel 2.6.32-5-xen-686). I've issued a "echo 8192 >/proc/sys/vm/min_free_kbytes" now (as mentioned in https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=12135#c4), hopefully that's that last I see of this message.
