Public bug reported: Since 13th July 2011 Update Manager offers me a Partial Upgrade for Chromium Update, and only chromium-codecs-ffmpeg is selectable, other packets (chromium-browser, chromium-browser-l10n) are grayed out and not selectable. Since 15th July 2011 Update Manager offers me a Partial Upgrade for Linux Kernel too. And shows me 4K sizes for pakets Linux-generic, linux-headers-generic, linux-image-generic and one selectable linux-libc-dev This has never happened before. I can reproduce this on a different machine of mine. Also on Lucid Lynx
