Public bug reported:
The cover art retrieval plugin
(http://musicbrainz.org/doc/Picard_Plugins) does not work with the
version of Picard packaged by Debian / Ubuntu. It works out-of-the-box
for Fedora & Co. Maybe an equitable solution would be for someone to
create a separate Picard plugins package that sets this one up, much
like what happens for Fedora.
The Python plugin module successfully compiles with no import errors.
