After discussion with Chris and jk, the problem may be related with intel sandy
bridge bug,
many similar problems are reported before, such as below:

You can change sata ports to avoid the problem according to chris's
suggestion in dell's machine:
<vanhoof> Ming: physically move the sata connection from the blue
ports to the black ones
Anyway, the problem can be avoided at AHCI mode if you may find options
in BIOS to do it.
