Public bug reported: For the natty cycle, a new mountall event "device-not-ready" was added to mountall. This event is emitted when the " --dev-wait-time" timeout (see "mountall --help") is exceeded.
Table 1 of upstart-events(7) therefore needs to be updated to include "device-not-ready". Details: Event: device-not-ready Type: 'H' (hook) Emit: 'M' (mountall) Time: '> (2)' (in other words, after the corresponding "mounting" event for the device in question). Note: 'N' (new note 'N' needs to be added stating that event will be emitted when the " --dev-wait-time" timeout is exceeded which default to 30 seconds). Table 4 then needs to be updated for the new note 'N'. This note should state that then event will be emitted when the " --dev-wait-time" timeout is exceeded. If not specified, this defaults to 30 seconds (*). (*) Note that we really need a proper mountall man page.
