I should precise few more things : The bug is embarassing when firefox is maximized ( mentionned difficulty to drag and drop a link in left list of favorite bookmarks )
I tried to reproduce it whith another drag ( i.e a link in a message in maximized thunderbird ) and launcher didn't appear .
