hi, it depends on which version of soundkonverter you are using. the current 0.3.x versions are designed to set the output parameters before adding the files to the queue list (there you can see the output options). e.g. after adding some files that should be converter to ogg you can freely add other files, that should be converter to mp3. if you wish to change the output options after adding the files you can right-click on the file in the file list and select "options".
