** Attachment added: "Screenshot of the dialog"

https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/804382/+attachment/2186648/+files/update-manager.png

** Description changed:

The problem is that Update Manager refuses to update the system and
instead shows a dialog "Requires installation of untrusted packages".
This dialog is confusing, because it doesn't explain what the user
- should do. Only option is to click "Close" and the update is canceled.
- The details box is useless since it just lists the packages that it was
- going to update. I have no idea what those "untrusted packages" might
- be. Should I disable a source? Uninstall a package? The only way I know
- to go around this is to run apt-get update && apt-get upgrade in the
- terminal. That shouldn't be the case.
