Hi, I have no idea whether this will help you or not. I am not a Linux user but I wanted to check it out so I have installed the Sun Virtual Box on my 64 bit win 7 workstation. I then installed Ubuntu 64 bit within the Virtual Box. This all appears to be working fine but I wanted to use a different browser than Firefox so I attempted to install Chromium. First by going to the web site and running it in the browser and then with a downloaded copy. Both failed. I then decided to check the browsers in the system and failed to be able to install them either. When asked to send an error log to you I did. Sorry if this is a bit skimpy but I work in a Windows environment and have very little to do with Linux. -- >From den at the grindstone in sunny Devon.
