gnome-terminal has a similar bug, so I'm not sure if it is an application bug in both, or the way Unicode composition works. Shift+CTRL+U 6B in Chromium doesn't activate the Shift+CTRL+B menu short-cut Tools -> Always Show Bookmarks Bar, it produces a k. Shift+CTRL+U 6A in Thunderbird doesn't open the Shift+CTRL+A menu short-cut Tools -> Address Book, it produces a j.
