Public bug reported:

## Issue

- Software center's "New recommendations" not changing, despite having
been looked at

- Old recommendations marked as "New" and are not providing value

## Environment

- Natty 11.04

- Software Center

---

I have been getting the same 3 recommendations for weeks now. I even
tried one of them out via Software Center and subsequently uninstalled
it because it wasn't very interesting for me.

I would expect Software Center to keep track of recommended items that
had been installed and then remove it from the recommendation list.

Ideally, I can remove items from the list with a little "x" next to it
or similar, and it would add something else to the list that might be
interesting instead.
