I had the same issue with same configuration.
I fixed it by adding libswt-mozilla-gtk-3659.so under 
/usr/lib/xulrunner-addons/  after downloading it for 64 bit.
Then I had a second issue not finding libxpcom.so.
The issue was related to xulrunner verion. I have 2.0.
This one was fixed by downgrading to 1.9.2.17:
sudo apt-get remove xulrunner-2.0
sudo apt-get --purge xulrunner*
sudo apt-get install xulrunner-1.9.2

Restart your eclipse and it should work.
