Hello,

i got the same problem as Sérgio Bessa. My enviroment is:

- Thinkpad x220 4290-w1b (Intel HD Graphics 3000), Ubuntu 11.04 x64
- external Monitor Samsung 2343BW @2048x1152, connected via VGA

This problem arises, when my primary screen (notebook) is configured to
be under my secondary screen (external Monitor). When my primary screen
is left of my secondary screen everything works fine.

For "lspci --vvnn" i think the following lines may be interesting:

Hope that information may help. Thanks,

Andreas
