Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: pulseaudio

When I play sounds for instance with banshee and then suspend my
computer to ram and then resume/wakeup it, there is often no sound. To
get the sound again I suspend/resume my computer one or more times.
Normally after one suspend/resume the sound works again. Sometimes I
need two or tree times to suspend/resume my computer to get the sound
working.
