.... but this laptop.... There I still cannot access to CUPS :( It seems like I have to reinstall it. It seems like no solution is not yet known for this CUPS problem.
What could be different with this two situation... At laptop I made after install available KDE 3.5.4 repositories and after that I made first update and dist-upgrade.
