Public bug reported: Binary package hint: shotwell
When attempting to print a photograph from Shotwell, the program superimposes the file name at the bottom of the print, which appears in the final print. There is no way to turn off this behavior. As a result, I can't use Shotwell to produce prints suitable for framing. Having the file name appear on the print may be useful for proofs, but it's unsuitable for final prints.
