Hi there,
     Although I am trying to get the hang of Linux, it's a hard slog, 
but I'm afraid I don't understand what "run shotwell with gdb" means.
You will have to talk me through this.

All I can say it that each time i ask shotwell to print an image, the 
image is printed great, but just before the print is finished, a print 
error dialogue box pops up say error occurred, but the print-out is fine.
