Public bug reported:

as soon as i open something like yahoo spades, it crashes the browser,
or tells me i do not have java installed or the plug in enabled.  i have
everything installed and the plug in is enabled on the browser.  newbie
to linux, not a programmer so having many issues resolving this problem
