I am having the same problem on an 'Acer Aspire One 532h' with a Huawei GSM Modem built in. Using Ubuntu 11.04 and Network-Manager v0.8.4.
The bug occurs when checking the box to use the setting for all users and when i uncheck the box and store the pin in the gnome-keyring, too. It happens also when Auto-Connect is turned off.
