I have a very similar problem with my DVB-T card from Hauppauge (Nova-T model 928). It work perfectly under edgy, but not singel frame under feisty. The card is found by the kernel (dmesg), but no dvb driver are loaded and of course no dvb folder is registered under /dev/dvb.
