I'm finding that the crashes are now intermittent with kernel 2.6.38-8.
I've seen the end of a kernel backtrace when it goes down, and it looks
like it may be related to the wireless drivers. As I can only see the
last few lines on the eee's screen, I can't tell for certain.

I've set my machine to dump its kernel log over the network as shown
here: http://www.tocpcs.com/howto-log-a-kernel-panic-it-can-be-done/, so
I'm hoping that next time it goes down I'll have a full backtrace to
attach. If you have another computer on the same network segment, you
might be able to do the same.
