The Name tiltle is composed of "Brand name" + "Product name". We translators cannot translate both of them. Plus, there is already Generic Name which is translated to "文書處理器" in desktop file.
I don't know if it is appropriate to append something else for Name entry in desktop file or not; it needs further investigation. I think that it would be better that "When the cursor hovers on LibreOffice Writer desktop file or launcher, a tooltip for Gneneric Name shows up."
