@Per: To enable proposed you can follow the instructions at
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed. The safest course of
action would be to enable the proposed repositories and select only the
updates for the kernel (anything with linux-image or linux-headers in
the package name), then disable proposed updates.

Normally the kernel from proposed would have been released by now, but
due to a combination of factors (various delays and a regression
discovered in the 2.6.38-9.43 proposed kernel) there hasn't been an
update for natty yet. I think it will probably be a couple more weeks
before any kernel update for natty gets released. Thanks everyone for
