Public bug reported:

This one happens with alsmost 100% reproducibility: a) enable the nVidia
proprietary drivers, b) install the non-free Flash plugin, c) open
Firefox in a Flash-heavy site, d) it's almost guaranteed that X will
crash!  Real fun...
