I guess both bugs are related to the same thing, it has to be decided whether software-center should show a notification if the user tries to close it while an operation is in progress, or simply deny closing the app until the operations finishes. That's why I have marked it as a duplicate. Either one or the other is a valid bug, both can not be valid bugs at the same time.
