Same here. Ppracer does not show text in the menu. I installed the final release of Ubuntu 7.04 Feisty Fawn to a brand new HDD, then I used "sudo aptitude" to install PlanetPenguin Racer. I am using ATI Radeon 9200SE video card with "radeon" opensource xorg driver, "glx" is enabled.
