Hi, not sure if this is related to the OP bugreport, but I'm having this exact same problem as @Jonathan Roeder with Firefox:
"When using my mouse in Firefox, a right click to hypertext (links) displays the appropriate options, but the box is not persistant, and attempts to move the cursor to select options cause the box to disappear, " Restarting Firefox restores the proper working; and sometimes if I click a lots of times on right-click and move the mouse and click like crazy, something will happen, and then Firefox's context menu will recover (i.e. it won't dissapear on mouseover any more), but this effect is brief usually, and restart of Firefox is needed.
