Hey everyone, I got news: In the archlinux forums, somebody hinted at the exact same issue affecting an Intel H67 mainboard (Liam confirmed it on an ASUS P8H67-m PRO board).
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=35462 The bug was found to be in the BIOS, which Intel supposedly fixed in their latest version. Also, some kernel patches were introduced, which I did not try (never attempted to build a kernel myself so far). ASUS might fix the issue in a future BIOS release, but obviously for them, there is no issue (it works in Windows!). ** Bug watch added: freedesktop.org Bugzilla #35462 http://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=35462 -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/760842 Title: Natty Narwhal/Sandy Bridge Suspend Fails -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
