The same is with me. I am using classic desktop with cairo-dock instead of bottom panel. Sometimes when i login WM crashes and put me back to login screen, sometimes various applets fail and sometimes the whole desktop is locked - CPU usage jumps to 100%. I am disappointed with Natty as there are many bugs that affect me - i have an impression that Ubuntu became a corporate product where timelines are more important then quality. :(
