No, the .pulse/client.conf in my home doesn't exists.

$ls ~/.pulse/client.conf
ls: cannot access /home/antonella/.pulse/client.conf: No such file or directory

Have any other idea?

As a workaround I have hadded this file to the startup session:
$ cat ./.config/autostart/pulseaudio.desktop
[Desktop Entry]
Type=Application
Exec=pulseaudio
Hidden=false
NoDisplay=false
X-GNOME-Autostart-enabled=true
Name[it_IT]=zzpulseaaudio
Name=_pulseaaudio
Comment[it_IT]=Workaround to have audio working
Comment=Workaround to have audio working

and the audio seems to works.

Have a great day

Piviul
