Public bug reported: Binary package hint: nautilus
Nautilus, along with many standard applications, has been gobbling up all 4Gb of my RAM ever since I've upgraded to Natty. I have a feeling the extra effects enabled (which I can't seem to *disable*) such as compiz are putting unnecessary burden on my resources. Everything is all around slower, which is rather disappointing to be perfectly honest; before the upgrade I could handle browsing the web *and* having a few directories open, but now each program takes at least 1Gb of memory each, and the constant swapping to and from disk makes X grind to a halt.
