Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kdebase-workspace-bin

krandrtray doesn't position monitors properly if one is rotated

I have two monitors

left 1280x1024 right 1650x1050, I rotate the left monitor by 90 degrees
and position the right monitor to the left of it.

krandrtray positions the top left of the right monitor at 1280, 0 when
it should position it at 1024, 0 because the left monitor has been
rotated to be 1024x1280 instead of 1280x1024
