I've looked there. I've tried a few things. Deleted the sqlit bookmark database, disabled all add ons. Re-install firefox through Ubuntu synaptic repository.
I then restored back up copy of bookmarks and get bookmarks accessible from bookmarks toolbar but when I try to "Show All Bookmarks" the Library window appears but with no entries in it. It is the same when I try to "Show all History" the library window is empty.
