It adds two widgets to the menubar (one of these is a toolbarspring and
the other one is an empty box, according to DOM inspector). There's
nothing I can do about that. I can't make globalmenu-extension hide the
menubar when there are still other widgets on it, in case the user added
them there deliberately. For Thunderbird, we have a hack to move the
spinner on to the toolbar, but that's only because the spinner is on the
menubar in the default profile.
