Public bug reported:
TV-out stopped working after upgrade to Natty. I suspect xserver-xorg-
video-intel driver.
After plugging in the S-Video cable to computer and tv I see it is
enabled by running

But the tv screen shows nothing. I tested it on Windows and see that
this is not a hardware problem. Also it used to be working in Maverick
and before.
