Binary package hint: padevchooser
see the attached screenshot. both the tray icon and the context icon for
default sink is missing.
my system is xubuntu 11.04 upgraded recently from 10.10.
in addition, Pulse Audio Device Chooser also does not have an icon in
the Xfce menu. please investigate, thanks
