Karthick, thanks for reporting this issue and helping to make Ubuntu and
Transmission better.
I'm not seeing this behavior myself. Does being wired vs. wireless make
any difference? Does the problem persist on any network, or just on one?
Also, does upgrading to the version of Transmission in Natty change
anything?
