Hi,

I think I have the same issue. There are two custom launchers in my
Unity bar (migrated from 10.10, but I think that's not relevant). Each
launcher opens rdesktop with a different IP address; let's say for
Computer1 and Computer2.

If a click on the launcher for "rdesktop Computer1" the application opens and
connects to the right computer (I can log in and work as usual). However, the
icon for "rdesktop Computer2" is the one that is highlighted as "open" and as
"active" (when the window is active).
Clicking on this launcher for Computer2 focuses the application as you would
expect; just that it's the wrong icon with the wrong name (and configuration).

I have tried and the order of the icons on the bar doesn't make a difference;
the same one gets "linked" to the opened app.
After trying to change the launcher names to see if that had an effect, now
none of the icons is marked. I either get a question mark icon associated to
the opened app or I don't get any association at all. Weird.
