Steps to reproduce: 1. evince Computer-LaptopRequestForm-edit_v2.pdf 2. click the Staff radio button, and BLAMMO: Error (0): Call to Object where the object was type 4, not the expected type 6 Aborted This is the worst sort of bug, to my mind: it throws away the information I just entered into the form.
