Well I've just noticed this bug isn't entirely fixed after all. I thought it was but these errors still appear they are just much less frequent and don't influence my connection stability as much as they used to with 2.6.38-8. I am even able to use wifi card in 'n mode' which wasn't possible before. Sadly, today I've noticed some heavy packet loss and after checking the logs it turned out it's the same error. It just appears less often.
