Public bug reported: Binary package hint: unity
Using unity, I cannot access the max-min-close buttons in the top bar anymore and also for windows not maximized, no window-border is displayed, meaning I cannot easily change the window-size or due to the missing buttons maximise them again. This creates situations like in the attached screen-shot which makes it very hard to work in this environment. This does not always happen, but I noticed it after I accidentally had moved the maximized netbeans-window and was not able to restore it.
