Still issue with latest 11.04 kernel from kernel-ppa (2.6.39-0-generic #5~20110427-Ubuntu SMP Wed Apr 27 15:27:41 UTC 2011 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux).
Have not tried yet any workaround, because I have same Asus UL30A laptop than Kamil who reported those are not working. I experienced quite much short (1..30 s) mouse/cursor lockups with earlier kernel 2.6.38-9 but now with 2.6.39 those lockups are rare.
