Hi Brad Figg estimated and Jeremy, I'm rbp19, I send a data collection with
Ubuntu 4.11 installed, but I tell you that when I installed Ubuntu on your
computer 11.04 OKI NB0108, with SiS Mirage 3 graphics card has come back to me
formats 800x600, and I had to search for Google until I found a solution, again
I had to edit the xorg.conf and other drivers, as is explained here:
http://www.taringa.net/posts/linux/10431619/_Olivetti-Olibook_-SiS-671_672-in-Ubuntu-11_04.html
until I put the screen in 1280x800 format.
Therefore I command all the data again with the new facility to test and
everything, and in the next version of Ubuntu 11.10, give support to the SiS
Mirage 3 graphics card at 1280x800 resolution and manage to enter it in 3D
mode, because this card supports 2D, 3D, OpenGL, and now as not supported in
Ubuntu, because I can only use Unity with 2D.
I hope that you can implement in the new version of ubuntu, so you do not have
to be looking at alternative site is not known if they are safe or not.
Thank you very much for everything, best regards.
