@arkaitzswagman, it looks like your problem is actually bug #767192 and
not this one. You can click the "Does this bug affect you?" link at the
top there to indicate that you are also affected. If you'd like to help
with the ongoing work to diagnose that bug that would be very helpful.
You can start by installing the 2.6.39-020639rc6.201105050227 kernel
from http://people.canonical.com/~sforshee/lp767192/linux-2.6.39-rc6/
and then collecting the information requested in comment #104 on that
bug after running this command in a terminal:

  sudo sh -c "echo reset > /sys/kernel/debug/ieee80211/phy0/ath5k/debug"
