i try to update kernel from natty-proposed - not fixed for me. I noticed that the bug manifests itself when working torrent (deluge, transmission). And dhcp timeout (i reported it as new bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/777784 )
