I have noticed that when I activate the secs option, the 12 hour clock works properly (Ex. 4:09:09 PM).
When I deactivate the secs option, the 12 hour clock shows a 24 hour clock (When it should be showing a 12 hour clock format) Ex. 16:09 I have installed the spanish language.
