Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: xfce4-cpugraph-plugin

The CPU Graph plugin in xubuntu natty doesn't respond to clicks on most
of its display area - that is, the actual graph, the current cpu load
bars, and anything else displayed - except the empty, thin, almost one-
pixel wide area BETWEEN the current load bars and the actual graph.

This applies both to left mouse button (which should be starting the
related system monitor command) and the right button (which should show
the applet/panel menu).
