I agree, that's not ideal (one account does not support invisibility, and invisibility is disabled across all of Empathy). But that is not this bug -- this bug is already fixed.
Ankur/Rushi, I suggest you file a new bug about this problem, which can be voted on and fixed independently of this one (and would probably be considered less critical).
